Fees and Payments
All fees for individual sessions, workshops or other events paid for or hosted by Mary Diggin are final & non-refundable.
Most events and services are offered online. Non-attendance by a registered participant or non-appearance by a customer to a booked session is not grounds for a refund. Mary Diggin is happy to offer an alternate time or event , of equivalent value, if the customer/registrant gets in touch. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances as to why you should be refunded, also get in touch and make your case. Intellectual property
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Mary Diggin or ES Gallegos and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not copy, reproduce or redistribute the intellectual property available on this website in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
Any breach of intellectual property agreement above, or any breach of copyright as pertains to US law, even if not detailed above, will be dealt with legally. You will also be banned from this website.

You are not allowed to speak of/share these materials in other Deep Imagery groups or elsewhere.
Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the course and possible legal action to rectify the breach.
