The Spring Equinox, a time when night and day are equal, is a time to reflect on balance in our lives. In spring, the focus is on new life, the bursting forth of seeds and plants from the darkness of their winter sleep, the birth of baby animals, the preparation for the blossoming of summer.
What have we gathered during our Winter sleep? What is preparing to be birthed or created in you this spring? What do you need to make ready so that you can blossom more fully?
We will journey to a guide for the Spring Equinox energy in our selves.
